Arthroplasty fellows who apply for free access through the Fellow Access program provide their name, email address, and training program affiliation solely for the purpose of verifying active fellowship status. This information is used only to process the verification request and is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing purposes.
CupCalc is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policy when you download, purchase, or interact with the app through their platform. We encourage you to review Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. Zekko LLC does not receive or store payment information.
CupCalc is intended exclusively for use by qualified medical professionals and trainees. It is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 18.
Because CupCalc does not collect personal or health information, there is no personal data stored on our servers to protect. All calculations are performed locally on your device. No calculation inputs or outputs are transmitted externally.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at cupcalc.com/cupcalc-privacy.html with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
